The Site is controlled and operated by Vitakraft from within the United States, and is not intended to subject Vitakraft to the laws or jurisdiction of any country other than that of the United States.

You agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this site and/or these terms, will be resolved individually.
